Vegetable Maggi Noodles is one of the most popular instant noodles recipes worldwide. It is the amalgamation of instant Maggi noodles with healthy vegetables and some spices. It is mostly served for breakfast or snacks.
Vegetable Maggi Noodles is a very simple and easy recipe which gets prepared within half an hour. To prepare this delectable dish, other than instant Maggi noodles, very limited and regularly used ingredients are required.
During my childhood, Sundays meant waking up late and watching “Jungle book” with a bowl of Maggie noodles. It was like a tradition to have Maggie noodles in breakfast and Mutton in lunch on Sundays.
I still remember how my Mom used to experiment Maggie noodles in different ways on every Sunday for me and my elder brother. I can never forget those Golden days. This is the common story of many houses if you are born and brought up in India. I am a big Maggie noodles fan and I am quite sure many of you are in the same side of the page with me.
During my college days, when I used to stay in hostel, we used to call Maggie as our best friend. Nothing can be more reliable than Maggie for college students and bachelors as well. In case of any food crisis, Maggie is the instant solution. In fact, for newly wedded couple, who are not comfortable in cooking, can also start their innings with instant Maggi noodles. From kids to adults, Maggi noodles has made the entire nation crazy with its irresistible taste.
I have experimented a lot with Maggie noodles and prepared hundreds of recipes. But I have learnt today’s recipe from my Mom. She used to prepare this luscious dish to make us eat healthy vegetables happily. Yes, Vegetable Maggie Masala has the magical taste of Maggie Masala and at the same time goodness of vegetables. All in all, it’s a perfectly balanced snacks or breakfast for any person.

How to make Maggi with vegetables?
In this preparation, I have added Onions, Carrots, Tomatoes and Peas as vegetables. Onions enhances both the taste and flavour of the dish. Tomatoes give a ting of tanginess to the dish. Carrots and Peas make the dish healthier, colourful and yummier too.
In this dish, I have added Cumin powder, Coriander powder and Chilli powder in addition to the Maggi Masala Sachet. Chilli powder gives a spicy hot kick to the dish. The Cumin powder and Coriander powder balance its flavour with the vegetables and complements the dish.
First, I have fried the vegetables in a pan. Then added Salt and masala to the vegetables. I have added water into the fried vegetables and cooked the noodles into it.

Ingredients:
- 2 packets of Maggi masala noodles
- 2 sachets of Maggi masala powder
- 1 large Onion, thin sliced
- 1 Carrot, thin strips
- 1 Tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons Peas, fresh or frozen
- 1 small Green Chilli, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Cumin powder
- ¼ teaspoon Coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon Chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- 2 ½ cups of water
Instructions:
- Put a pan on flame and let the pan dry.
- Add Oil into the pan and put the flame in high.
- Once the Oil is hot, put the flame in low.
- Add Onions and give a nice stir.
- Cook it in medium high flame for 2-3 minutes till they become translucent.
- Add Carrots and give a nice mix.
- Cook them for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.
- Add Peas and cook them for another minute.
- Add Tomatoes and cook them in medium flame until all the vegetables become tender.
- Add Salt and cook for another minute.
- Add Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Chilli powder into the pan and mix them well.
- Cook them for few seconds in low medium flame.
- Add Magic masala of Maggie and mix it nicely.
- Add water and cook it in high flame until the water starts boiling.
- Break the Maggie into pieces and add into the pan.
- Cook it in medium flame until the noodles are done.
Serving Instruction
Transfer the Vegetable Maggie Masala into a serving plate. Serve Immediately for the best taste. Serve hot or warm and enjoy the magical taste of Vegetable Maggie Masala with family and friends.
