My childhood and college days with Maggi noodles
During my childhood, Sundays meant waking up late and watching “Jungle book” with a bowl of Maggi noodles. It was like a tradition to have Maggi noodles in breakfast and Mutton in lunch on Sundays.
I am a big Maggi noodles fan and I still remember how my Mom used to experiment Maggi noodles in different ways on every Sunday for me and my elder brother. I can never forget those Golden days. This is the common story of every house if they born and brought up in India.
During my college days, when I used to stay in hostel, we used to call Maggi as our best friend. Nothing can be more reliable than Maggi for college students and bachelors as well. In case of any food crisis, Maggi is the instant solution. In fact, for newly wedded couples, who are not comfortable in cooking, can also start their innings with instant Maggi noodles.

In this preparation, I have used Onions and Garlic other than the sachets of Maggi masala powder. Beetroot itself has an earthy flavour and while it is cooked in Onions and Garlic, it absolutely smells divine. Nothing different happened with this recipe too.
In this preparation, first I have boiled the noodles and strained the excess water. It makes the noodles healthier because they release their excess fat into the water during the time of boiling.
I have not boiled the noodles to 100% because the noodles become soggy due to overcooking when they get mixed up in heat with Beetroots and spices.
