Hello friends!! today I have come with a super delicious and healthy recipe – Chicken Keema Masala Curry with Mixed Vegetables. In this dish, vegetables like Carrots, Bell Peppers, Peas, Potatoes and Onions are cooked with Chicken Keema (Minced chicken) in Ginger paste and spices. It is a very simple and easy recipe.
It is widely popular all over India. Though kids normally try to escape from healthy vegetables, but still this dish is quite popular among them as it contains Chicken in every bite that they take. For every Mom, it’s a big challenge to make their little monsters eat vegetables effortlessly. Chicken Keema Masala Curry with Mixed Vegetables is one of the easiest and tastiest way to make your kids delighted to eat vegetables.
You would require very common and limited ingredient to prepare this dish. The most time-consuming part of the recipe is to cut and clean the vegetables and assemble them. All other steps are quite quick and easy. This recipe is inspired by my home style cooking.

First, I have fried Garlic until golden brown in colour and then added the Ginger paste. This helps all the flavours of these ingredients to complement each other. After that, I have added Potatoes and Carrots into the pan for cooking. Then I have added the Chicken Keema. In this preparation, I have used frozen Peas. But you can also use fresh peas too. Frozen peas take lesser time to get cooked than fresh peas.
In this recipe, I have not used any whole spice for tempering. I have used Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Meat Masala and Garam Masala powder for flavouring. I have used fresh Cilantros too. It enhances the flavour of the dish.
Chicken Keema Masala Curry with Mixed Vegetables is not only kids’ favourite, it is famous among adults too. This dish can accompany great with any Indian bread. In fact, it can be a great option as a side dish with steamed Rice, fried Rice, jeera Rice, Vegetable Biryani or any other flavoured rice to complete the meal.
Carrots are great source of vitamins, minerals and fibre. Regular consumption of Carrots can reduce the risk of cancer and it is very good for our visions too. Peas are full of potassium, calcium and magnesium.
When I first prepared this dish, my five-year-old niece just loved the preparation and now it has become one of our regular dishes for dinner at home. My sister in law is very happy to find this way to make her daughter eat vegetables. In today’s world, as we surrounded by fast food and fizzy drinks, it is very important to add fresh veggies to get rid of health issues. Chicken Keema Masala Curry with Mixed Vegetables can be a healthy addition.
