Mouthwatering list of food.
But I take this opportunity to make one thing clear that the traditional practice is to eat VEGETARIAN food during DURGA PUJO. Then after the boli on Nabami, the devotees eat non vegetarian food.
Yes the social practices are changing. The young and the impatient have neither the respect for tradition, nor have the will to adhere to them.
So, it’s non-vegetarian all over. But a thumbs up to your list.

All the recipes mentioned sound so yummy and delicious. Some of them I have never heard of before, it really looks so tempting to try. I am familiar with rasgullas and kalakand burfi though.
