Breakfast plays a vital role in a healthy and happy life. If we start our day with anxiety, hunger and emptiness then we will lack to give our best in our job. It is not a good sign and we all don’t want that. To escape from these problems, we need to think of something smart and healthy.
A breakfast smoothie is a rapid and instant solution to the above-mentioned problems. Preparation of a breakfast smoothie hardly takes five minutes of our busy schedule which is easily manageable. Breakfast smoothie recipes are always my all-time favourite. A glass of thick and tasty drink makes me full till afternoon and at the same time, I also feel so lite.

Banana is full of fibre and its sweet taste restricts us from adding any excess external sweeteners to the drink. Breakfast and banana are like two old friends who frequently meet each other at the breakfast table. Next time when you have more ripe bananas and don’t understand how to finish them, don’t give a second thought. Just make them frozen and keep them for later use to prepare banana smoothie healthy.
- To freeze the bananas just peel the bananas and cut them into half-inch round slices.
- Then put them into a zip lock bag and squeeze out excess air from the bag or you can even store them in an airtight container too.
- Freeze them for at least 6-7 hours and this way you can store the bananas for around 5 weeks and enjoy any smoothie recipe.
- This way the banana pieces may stick to each other. You can separate them easily using your hands. If a few pieces are stuck to each other, don’t worry. Anyways, they going to be blended into the blender.
- To get rid of this problem, you can place the banana slices into a single layer on a baking paper and place them into the freezer for 2-3 hours and then transfer them into a zip lock bag or an airtight container.
