How to make mojito without alcohol?
To be more precise, I have mentioned the quantity of fluids in millilitre in this recipe. But still, I have also mentioned the percentage of fluid quantity for better understanding. In ordinary houses, when common people like us attempt to prepare any mocktail drink, they don’t have fancy equipment. So, I tried to make the measurement a bit simpler.
Most importantly, every glass has different size. It is a common problem to not have standard sized mocktail glasses available in all houses. To overcome from this problem, I have mentioned the fluid quantity in percentage of the glass quantity.
There is no formula to prepare a perfect mojito mocktail. There are many variations in the process. Mostly believe in your instincts. Nothing can be a better taster than your eyes, nose and of course tongue.

How to make Red Grape Mojito?
In this preparation, first I have prepared fresh Red Grape Juice at home. But to avoid all these hassles, you can also use readymade Red Grape Juice too.
I have used Lemon chunks for the drink. But you can also use Lime instead of Lemon. It hardly makes any difference.
Then I have added the soothing herb, Mint leaves, into the glasses which gives a refreshing flavour to the drink. To enhance the fruity flavour of the drink, I have also added some Red Grapes into the glass.
I have used a rolling pin, through its edges, to muddle all these ingredients into the glasses. This is one of the most vital steps for a Mojito drink recipe. Many people think these elements are added just for a good look but that’s not right. They are used to obtain the perfect flavour of the drink. The muddled herbs, lemons and fruit chunks release their best essence which you would not get in any other way. The essence mixed up with the fluid attracts people at the very first sip of the drink.
I have added Sugar in the Red Grape juice. So, I have not added any sugar syrup in the mojito. But if are using readymade Red Grape juice, then sugar might have already been added. If not, then you can add powdered sugar or can also prefer to use Sugar syrup.
I have added few ice cubes in each of the glasses, but you can use crushed ice too for the drink. Ice is an important element for the drink. It helps to maintain the correct temperature of the drink till the last sip.
After adding ice, I have filled around 70% of the glass with Red Grape juice. The rest of the glass has been filled with chilled club Soda. Give a gentle stir before drinking the Red Grape Mojito Mocktail.
