How to make Sheem Aloo Bhaja?
To prepare this palatable homemade Bengali food, first I have trimmed the edges of Broad beans and cut them into large pieces. I have cut the Potatoes into small dices to get a perfectly balanced texture.
Broad beans have their own flavour. Apart from that, I have used chopped Garlic, fresh Cilantro herbs and a pinch of Cumin powder for flavouring of the dish. I have added green Chilli to the dish to enhance its flavour and texture. I have added only one green Chilli to the dish because I prefer less chilli hot taste. You can add Chillies according to your taste.
