Apricot Puree is a healthy and delicious treat to all the beautiful babies. It is one of the best ways to introduce Apricots in their diet. You can mix the Apricot puree with some other fruit purees and serve them to the babies or else you can directly give them the puree too.
It’s always a big fun to introduce new food to your little one’s diet but at the same time it is really very important to introduce them in a proper way.
When my daughter turned 6 months old and the doctor advised me to feed her semi-solid food, I was so excited and anxious. I had long conversations with the experienced moms. I got one common advice from all of them and that was to introduce fruits to the baby’s diet.
When the baby starts having the fruit purees for the first time, it’s always better to give them smaller portions first and then gradually increase it so that the baby can cope up with the dietary change.
